Images engine : overview
|
|
First enter a search keyword (3.) and click (4.).
Images and words start moving in a 3D space.
Click on any image to start image details mode.
To stop images and words motions, hold the ARROW DOWN key.

1. | Link : toward the images search engine (default mode) |

Click on the green icons (2. et 3.) near the tags (1.) that inspire you, to add them to the library.
Roll over the image and click on the green icon that appears if you want to add the image to the library.
To go back to 3D motion mode, click anywhere else once.

The elements in the library are added from the image details mode (clicks on add buttons) or from the ideas diagram mode (adding personal tags).
When there are more than 5 elements, use the arrow buttons (1.) to display hidden elements. Any element, tag (4.) or image (5.), can be deleted by clicking
on the delete button (2.), or can be added to the ideas diagram by clicking on the insert button (3.).

This panel lists the previous researches you did. To launch a previous research again, just click on the search button (2.) linked to the keyword you want.
To close this panel without restarting a previous research, just click on the close button (1.).

This panel is allows you to choose your preferences. Choose what you prefer (2., 3., 4., 5., 6.) and accept (7.).
To close this panel without any change, click on the close button (1.).

4. | Alpha : if enabled, the elements on motion progressively appear |
5. | Elasticity : if enabled, tags "explode" when they appear |

Open the library, and insert any element in the idea diagram by pressing the insert button appearing on the roll over of this element.
In the diagram, to move any element, left click on its top bar, and hold the left button while moving the mouse. You can add your own tags (7.) and many light bulb icons (6.).
Create links between elements that seem interresting to be combined. To do this, click on the element, hold the left button down, drag the mouse on top of a light bulb element and release the mouse button.
When a light bulb is linked to at least one element, click on it to do a new research combining all the elements linked to the light bulb. For example, if the word white and a black image are linked together, the results might be
a zebra, a old movie, or a picture of Mickael Jackson from his song "Black and White". If you're a member, you can also export the diagram you created (13.). Use the mouse wheel, the zoom and the hand buttons, to move the scene/diagram.

9. | Image element : contains an image and the infos associated to it. To move it, click and hold the element top bar and move the mouse around.
To delete it, click on the orange delete button. To link an element, click on it, hold the left button down, and drag and drop it on the light bulb element |
10. | Tag element : contains a tag and the infos associated to it. To move it, click and hold the element top bar and move the mouse around.

This panel allows you to export your idea diagram to an image and an XML file. To export your brainstorming, first give a title (2.) and a description (3.), then choose the dimensions of the image to generate(4.) and accept(7.).
You can refresh the thumbnail of the image to be generated (5.) by clicking on the refresh button (6.). To close the panel without any image generation, click on the close button (1.).
If you export, the generated elements are accessible only after the panel closes up, in the "My brainstormings" section of the website, visible only for registered users.
